Let’s track the market together.

There are, as of today, 123 properties for sale priced over a million dollars in Kirkland,  60 properties have sold at over a million since 1/1/2006.  I’ll save the editorializing so you can draw your own conclusions.  Let’s track the numbers on or near the first of every month to see how many close each month and how many are on market.  These figures are per the mls.  Given the time of year, we would expect to see the number of closings to go up and hopefully the number for sale to go down, but that could go up too.
